Steve Nicholls and Dave Bamford ran in Great Hill Fell Race at Brinscall in what can only be described as Monsoon like conditions. The race is more of a trail race than a fell race with a good section of Tarmac and rough trail. All but a short seciton of climbing is done in the first half of the race the race covers some 9.5km. The catch is the last 600m of the race is uphill. Steve came 4th in 40:03 and Dave 14th in 44:15
