Salford 10k
The sudden cold weather on Good Friday morning did not stop Pom A.K.A Paul Marshall running a superb 10k in 37.29 despite a knee injury.
Success was to follow for the Head Coaches Athlete of the Year 2011 Rachael Moor in an impressive time of 38.44 and a PB at that.
Not to be out classed was Degsy A.K.A Derek Henry running an outstanding 10k in a time of 41.50 and also a PB.
Well done to our runners on what turned out to be a very "Good Friday"
